Over the past year, our team has had the opportunity to design a handful of vacation homes and investment properties and let me tell you… They are some fun jobs! This one was definitely no exception! Right on the river in Parker, Arizona, this 5 bedrooms and 4 bath river home boasts beautiful sunsets and endless accessibility to fun. With a dock and a large patio, this family is in for some amazing summer adventures and cozy summer nights! The large, rustic dining table is the prefect spot to enjoy family dinners or some healthy competition during game night. Two of the rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. These rooms were the obvious choices for some fun kids rooms. Our clients are grandma and grandpa to a wonderful (and growing) family, so there was no question that special spaces would be created to maximize fun! One room features a tent, while the other is bright and colorful. Two large bedroom and a master suite, each decorated uniquely, make plenty of room for the adults to relax and enjoy their home away from home!
