By now I’m sure you know how much we love designing coastal inspired homes. But this project was even more fun because we were able to marry our tried and true navy and robins egg blues with the taupes and vanillas of transitional decor. This project had its challenges—like the 20 foot vaulted ceilings in an already spacious living room or fitting 12 chairs around an existing dining room table—but challenges like these are what make each project fun and unique. We used some large pieces to anchor the furniture in the living room and my dedicated team searched high and low for dining room chairs that would fit perfectly around the clients table. As always, we made it work and we are so happy with the way each detail came out! Dining Room Master Bedroom Living Room Outdoor Living Space The shining star of this project has to be the outdoor seating area. A custom upholstered sectional framed the outdoor fireplace and an 11 foot, reclaimed wood table with slip covered chairs are just begging to entertain guests.
