At the end of a long stone driveway, tucked within a narrow street near beautiful Balboa Park sits this lovely craftsman office space. Once a home, this space now houses two businesses. We had the pleasure of giving the bottom half of the space a serious facelift… and we mean serious. It really is amazing what a simple coat of paint will do! Black and white paint turned this space into a modern office where anyone would feel inspired. Multiple work spaces and conference areas were created so employees can switch their surroundings when a change in perspective is needed. Everything is as functional and practical as it is lovely. Even the mid-section of the coffee table opens and lifts up to use as a computer or writing desk while offering hidden storage below. Lined up along the north wall are large filing cabinets where employees can store their paperwork. Couches and chairs were placed thoughtfully throughout spaces allowing for creative brainstorming in a comfortable yet professional environment. The main conference area is tucked in the back and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. It was great to hear the ooh-ing and ahh-ing of their team as they walked through the space for the first time viewing the transformation!
